Machine speed: Under the condition of ensuring the power of hand tools, the work efficiency is proportional to the machine speed. Usually the working speed range is 2000-7000r.p.m. When dealing with complex shapes, the operation is difficult, and the working speed must be controlled at a low level. When the working speed exceeds 8500r.p.m, the service life of the buckle on the back of the grinding disc will be affected.
Particle size matching: When using diamond grinding discs to process special-shaped stones, the accuracy of the initial particle size will often directly affect the processing effect.
Manual modeling: After the modeling is completed, some hand tools are often used for rough modeling, and then processed with soft abrasive pads. Machine modeling: The shapes produced by this method are relatively standardized.
